1. Definitions

• "Customer" / "Client": Any individual, factory owner, warehouse manager, or commercial enterprise booking helpers on the WorryQ platform.
• "Worker Partner": Semi-skilled or general labour dispatched to perform requested tasks.
• "Company" / "Platform": Refers to QUICK APNA LABOUR PRIVATE LIMITED operating under the brand name "WorryQ".
• "Booking": A confirmed job order submitted via WorryQ website, application, or support line.

2. Company & Services

QUICK APNA LABOUR PRIVATE LIMITED provides on-demand, verified loading/unloading, factory, warehouse, packing, and daily-wage helper dispatch services through its digital technology platform.

3. Agreement to Terms

By requesting or booking services with WorryQ, Customers explicitly accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must refrain from using the platform. QUICK APNA LABOUR PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and continued use signifies acceptance of updated terms.

4. Service Availability & Dispatch Timelines

Target dispatch times (such as 30-minute arrival across Vatva, Narol, and Odhav GIDC) depend on real-time worker availability, location, and demand. Dispatch timeframes are estimates and cannot be guaranteed during extreme traffic, adverse weather, or peak surge periods.

5. Worker Partner Verification

All Worker Partners undergo Aadhaar/Govt ID identity verification, address validation, and onboarding screening by QUICK APNA LABOUR PRIVATE LIMITED. While we enforce rigorous onboarding standards, WorryQ acts as an on-demand marketplace facilitator and coordinator.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide complete and accurate details of the work requirement, site address, and manager contact.
• Ensure a safe, legal, and non-hazardous work environment for dispatched workers.
• Provide necessary industrial safety gear (gloves, safety boots, helmets) where required by workplace safety regulations.
• Indemnify QUICK APNA LABOUR PRIVATE LIMITED against any claims arising from unsafe work environments or illegal tasks.

7. Worker Responsibilities & Restrictions

Worker Partners shall perform only the specific scope of work booked. Workers are prohibited from consuming alcohol or illegal substances during shifts. Additional tasks or extended hours require an updated booking through the platform.

8. Restricted Activities

Dispatched workers strictly cannot be deployed for:

• Civil building construction, masonry, or high-rise scaffolding.
• Agricultural pesticide handling or illegal mining activities.
• Handling hazardous explosives, toxic chemicals, or illegal narcotics.
• Any activity prohibited under Indian laws.

9. Payment, Pricing & Invoices

• All payments must match the invoice generated by the platform.
• Digital payments are processed securely through RBI-compliant payment gateways (including CCAvenue).
• Cash payments made directly to worker partners upon task completion are recognized as valid payments to WorryQ.
• All charges are subject to applicable GST regulations under Indian tax law.

10. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Free cancellations apply up to 2 hours prior to scheduled booking time.

11. Limitation of Liability

Any claims regarding service deficiencies must be submitted within 24 hours of service completion. The maximum liability of QUICK APNA LABOUR PRIVATE LIMITED for any claim shall not exceed the service fee paid for the specific booking. Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages are expressly excluded.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
